- The Flemington Board of Adjustment unanimously approved our zoning variance for our facility at 1 East Main Street, Flemington, NJ. We have been working with LiMN Architects and will begin renovations shortly.

- Hire the Dean of Instruction (Rose King), Dean of Operations (Tony Calandrillo), and School Business Administrator (Randy Ostrow).
- Approve the Language Arts curriculum to be used at the Trillium Charter School. (See http://school.trilliumeducation.org/mission/edprogram for a description of what to expect at the Trillium Charter School.)
January 2010
- Initial student enrollment period closes (in-district students only).
December 2009
- Begin recruitment for senior administrative positions.
September 2009
- NJ Department of Education approves the Trillium Charter School application
March 2009
- Charter application submitted to the NJ Department of Education
